Add a terminal
Name the device and set its location from Terminal Mode settings.

Open the pairing screen
On the device, go to the pairing page.

Enter the 6-digit code
The code shown in admin settings confirms it’s the right device.

A time entry submitted from the phone while Terminal Mode is active goes to an admin for approval before it counts.
Protection
Entries can’t be self-deleted
Employees cannot delete their own time entries while Terminal Mode is active; managers and owners still can.

Remote or field staff can be excluded from the requirement and keep clocking in from their phone as normal.
